Job Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a thorough background check to obtain a Gaming License
- Must be able to renew and maintain an active Gaming License
- Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a current Food Handler’s Card
- Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a current Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Certification
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience or training preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Job Duties
- Present the restaurant in a professional and attractive manner by maintaining a clean environment including the coffee area
- Buss trays, dirty dishes, and flatware to the dishwashing area
- Remove dirty plates, silverware, and glassware from tables after guests leave
- Keep tables and surrounding spaces clear and tidy
- Set up tables with fresh utensils, plates, and glasses for guests
- Follow safe California Food Handlers guidelines
- Promote teamwork by assisting other team members and circulating the dining room
- Provide a fun and superior gaming and dining experience by engaging guests and promoting continued patronage
- Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to management or security
- Report individuals in the casino who appear underage, intoxicated, or pose a threat
- Attend annual BSA/AML training as scheduled
