Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment is an asset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer entering the restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift
  • Ensure that cutlery and condiments are set on the table
  • Refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to customers when ready from the pass
  • Provide help to servers with guest needs as necessary
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness rules
  • Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate table availability
  • Separate items in the sink area
