Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment is an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every customer entering the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure that cutlery and condiments are set on the table
- Refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to customers when ready from the pass
- Provide help to servers with guest needs as necessary
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness rules
- Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in the sink area
