Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capable of standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Physical stamina to perform required tasks
Job Duties
- Receive every guest in our restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure that cutlery and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
- Carry hot food to guests when it is ready in the kitchen pass
- Provide help to servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness regulations
- Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dishwashing area
