Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for an entire 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure all silverware and condiments are on the table
- refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
- deliver hot food to customers when ready on the pass
- provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- clear dishes from tables, reset tables, clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- sort items in the dish pit area
