Job Duties
- Greet each customer in the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure cutlery and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to customers when ready on the pass
- Provide support to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation rules
- Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in the dishwashing area
