Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining focus on detail and multitasking
  • willingness to comply with all company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant bussing or food service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties

  • greet every guest entering the restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure cutlery and condiments are properly set on the tables
  • refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
  • deliver hot food to guests when ready in the kitchen pass
  • assist servers with guest needs as necessary
  • adhere to all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • clear tables, reset them, and clean seats and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • sort items in the dishwashing area
