Job Requirements

- ability to lift at least 30 lbs

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred
- proven experience in fast-paced environments a plus
- hotel-level food serving experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- California Food Handler Card
Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables in an efficient and timely manner
- maintain a clean and organized dining area including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables, and restocking supplies
- provide fine dining table service including proper marking, clearing, and maintenance
- develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus
- communicate effectively with servers and dining room staff to ensure smooth service
- assist in other departments within the restaurant as needed
- lift and carry bus trays of food, plates, utensils, and glasses weighing up to 20 lbs
- stand and walk for prolonged periods
- lift at least 30 lbs
