Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work with attention to detail and multitask
  • Availability to work flexible schedules
  • Physical ability to perform duties with reasonable accommodations for disabilities

Job Duties

  • Receive each guest at the restaurant with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift
  • Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
  • Refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
  • Provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Remove dishes from tables, reset the table, and clean seats and floors
  • Communicate table availability
  • Separate items in the sink area
