Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest in the restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure that cutlery and condiments are on the table
  • refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
  • deliver hot food to guests when ready in the pass-through
  • provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
  • follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seating and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • separate items at the dishwashing area
