Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure cutlery and condiments are set on tables
- refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests in the pass-through area
- assist servers as needed with guests
- follow all food safety and cleanliness regulations
- clear tables, reset them, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- sort items in the dishwashing area
