Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
  • Must comply with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a smile
  • Prepare the station for the shift
  • Ensure utensils and condiments are on the tables
  • Refill beverages and clear used plates and glassware
  • Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the pass-through area
  • Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Clear tables, reset the table, and clean seating and floors
  • Communicate table availability
  • Sort items in the dishwashing area
