Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to follow food safety standards and protocols
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the job
Job Duties
- Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
- Setting up station for the shift
- Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refilling drinks and pre-bussing
- Running hot food to guests promptly
- Providing guest support for servers as needed
- Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors
- Communicating table readiness to staff
- Breaking down items in the dish area
