Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work cooperatively with others with attention to detail
capacity to multitask

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team
attention to detail
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
prepare the station for the shift
ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
deliver hot food to customers when ready in the pass-through window
provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
follow all food safety and sanitation rules
clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
communicate table availability
separate items in the dishwashing area
