Job Requirements

  • Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • good physical stamina
  • willingness to follow safety protocols
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
  • good communication skills
  • customer service orientation
  • experience in a restaurant environment is a plus
  • basic math skills for handling orders

Job Duties

  • Greet each customer at our restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure that cutlery and condiments are on the table
  • refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
  • carry hot food to customers when it is ready in the hallway
  • provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
  • follow all food safety and cleanliness rules
  • clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • sort items in the dishwashing area
