Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work well as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well in fast-paced team environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Greet each guest at our restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure that silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the pass-through
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dishwashing area
