Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality role is an advantage
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • willingness to learn and take initiative
  • customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Greet every customer in the restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure that silverware and condiments are on the table
  • refill beverages and remove used plates and glassware
  • deliver hot food to customers when ready from the pass
  • assist servers with customers as needed
  • follow all food safety and sanitation rules
  • clear tables, reset tables, and clean seating and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • sort items in the dishwashing area
