Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality role is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- willingness to learn and take initiative
- customer service skills
Job Duties
- Greet every customer in the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure that silverware and condiments are on the table
- refill beverages and remove used plates and glassware
- deliver hot food to customers when ready from the pass
- assist servers with customers as needed
- follow all food safety and sanitation rules
- clear tables, reset tables, and clean seating and floors
- communicate table availability
- sort items in the dishwashing area
