Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • attention to detail and the capability to multitask
  • physical stamina to perform job duties safely and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and/or English
  • strong teamwork and multitasking skills
  • attention to detail
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • greet each guest with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
  • refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
  • deliver hot food from the kitchen to guests when ready
  • assist servers with guest needs as necessary
  • follow all food safety and cleanliness regulations
  • clear tables, reset tables, and clean seating and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • segregate items in the dish area
