Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in restaurant or food service environment is an advantage
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- attention to detail
- customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure cutlery and condiments are set on the table
- refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- deliver hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
- provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
- follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- sort items in the dishwashing area
