Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry food trays or plates
- Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and ensure safe transportation to seating areas
- Verify that food delivered matches order details including special requests and dietary restrictions
- Deliver food promptly while fresh and hot
- Assist in picking up and delivering drink orders
- Set up tables with clean utensils and condiments before guest arrival
- Clear and reset tables promptly after dining
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and outdoor areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and bartenders
- Regularly clean dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
- Empty and clean garbage cans during shifts
- Assist with restocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Collect and dispose of recyclable waste appropriately
- Assist in maintaining disposable plates and utensils supply
