- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderately heavy objects
- Availability to work day shifts only

Job Duties
- Clear tables between courses
- Provide tableware for next course
- Clear tables after guests leave
- Take soiled tableware to dish room
- Unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware in designated areas
- Clean tabletops, chairs, and booths between seatings
- Inspect and clean restrooms every 30 minutes
- Serve guests refills as needed
