Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work day shifts only
- Ability to lift moderate weight

- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
- Clear tables after guests leave the table
- Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
- Between seatings promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required
- Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
- Serve guests refills as needed – remove used tableware between courses
- Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
