Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- physical capability to lift and carry dishes and equipment
- availability to work mornings and afternoons only
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- no previous restaurant experience required
- strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work daytime hours only

Job Duties
- clear tables after guests leave
- sanitize and reset tables between seatings
- remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course
- take soiled tableware to the dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware
- promptly clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors as required between seatings
- serve guests refills as needed
- inspect assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as necessary
