Job Qualifications
- No previous restaurant experience required
- ability to work days only
- team player with a positive attitude
- attention to detail in cleaning and sanitizing
- basic physical ability to clear tables and carry dishes
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clear tables after guests leave the table
- remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for the next course
- take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, and glassware
- promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths between seatings
- check and clean floors as required
- reset and arrange tabletop for next party
- inspect and clean assigned restroom every 30 minutes
- serve guests refills as needed
