Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Remove used tableware between courses
- clear tables after guests leave the table
- take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
- between seatings promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths – check floor and clean as required
- reset and arrange tabletop for next party
- serve guests refills as needed
- inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
