Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- valid CA state Food Handlers Card required
- must be able to speak and comprehend English

Job Duties
- Consistently keep the restaurant organized and clean
- set up trash cans, soda, plates, utensils, and to-go containers at start of shift
- pick up soiled plates and beverages, and place into bus tubs
- ensure full bus tubs get brought back into the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
- maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set ups
- assist server in bringing food in kitchen and assist kitchen in expediting food
- complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, taking care of lines, etc.
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- speak with others using clear and professional language
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
- adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- effectively communicate with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
- perform related duties as required
- be responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as the general property
- subscribe to proper grooming, dress and uniform standards as set forth by company policy
- be courteous to all guests and coworkers
- maintain behavior consistent with sexual harassment/hostile work environment policy dictated in the employee handbook
