Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must pass a background check
  • outstanding guest service and communication skills
  • positive attitude and professional appearance
  • ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
  • ability to carry heavy trays for extended distances

Job Duties

  • Set up bussing area
  • buff plates and glasses
  • refill guests' water
  • clear away dirty plates and dishes
  • sanitize and reset the table quickly
  • set up expo line
  • organize and quality check food before loading onto the tray
  • communicate between front and back of house
  • assist serving staff during shift
  • must be willing to both buss tables and run food
  • ensure guest satisfaction
  • exemplify Thanksgiving Point's mission, values and policies
  • other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
