Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- Current food handler’s card
- Alcohol service certification as per federal/state/local laws
- Willingness to perform additional duties as required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Capability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Experience maneuvering hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other restaurant tools
- Flexible to work scheduled shifts based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- Valid food handler’s card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- assist servers with food delivery to guests
- practice table maintenance clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- support other crew members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- communicate effectively with the team to enhance guest satisfaction
- adhere to health and safety guidelines throughout shifts
