Job Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Maneuver equipment such as hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other tools listed in training manual
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
- Ability to comply with all food safety and alcohol service laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by law
- Minimum 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
- Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Support other crew members as needed to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Perform additional duties as required to support the business
