Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One plus years of experience in serving or related roles in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal state local law
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend stoop and kneel frequently
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One plus years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
- Practice table maintenance clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Perform other duties as required to support the business
