Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one or more years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- current food handler’s card
- alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- excellent guest service skills
- willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- ability to lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- capability to stand for the duration of the shift
- ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools
- scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality
- deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
- practice table maintenance, clearing, and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- support team members in daily operations
- communicate effectively with guests and staff
- uphold safety and quality standards during service
