Job Requirements
- At least one year of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Possession of a current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal state or local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend stoop and kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to maneuver hand cart blenders knives slices wine keys and other tools listed in training manual
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
- Practice table maintenance clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Support the crew by ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth restaurant operations
