Job Requirements
- One or more years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, and wine keys
- Availability to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
- Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Support other duties as required to support the business
