Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one plus years of experience in serving or related role in a full service restaurant
- current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by law
- ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently bending stooping kneeling
- routine standing for the duration of the shift
- willingness to perform other duties as required
- ability to work scheduled shifts based on business needs
Job Qualifications

- current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guest
- practice table maintenance clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- support the team to achieve operational goals
- ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
- perform assigned duties necessary to support the business
