Job Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
- Possess a current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by law
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Exhibit excellent guest service skills
- Be willing to perform other duties as required to support the business
- Be able to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Be capable of bending, stooping, and kneeling frequently
- Be able to stand routinely for the duration of the shift
- Be able to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, and wine keys
- Accept scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent guest service skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guest
- Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and Guests
- Support your team by working collaboratively to achieve service goals
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Share knowledge of seasonal menus and handcrafted cocktails to enhance guest experiences
