Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Food Handlers Card
  • ABC Server permit preferred
  • CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
  • Ability to work in elevated temperature environments
  • Ability to work and move quickly in tight spaces safely
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • All employees must wear proper uniform and maintain neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
  • Applicants with additional language skills preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent optional
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
  • Knowledge of teamwork and Toast POS system
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Proficient verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of food menus
  • Knowledge of proper food handling requirements
  • Knowledge of bar and kitchen items
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Knowledge of daily maintenance and cleaning of venue
  • Knowledge of required legal documents like ABC, health department, and city regulations

Job Duties

  • Help ensure guests receive excellent guest service by delivering food orders quickly and accurately
  • Ensure plates are prepared and garnished correctly before delivering
  • Maintain cleanliness of the expo line
  • Organize order tickets and communicate with back-of-the-house team
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave
  • Ensure restaurant is stocked with clean silverware, plates, and glasses
  • Support servers’ table service as directed
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of restaurant and server stations
