Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year serving or related experience
Valid food handler's card
Valid alcohol service certification
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
Ability to maneuver hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other restaurant tools
Availability to work scheduled shifts based on business needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by law
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrate genuine hospitality
Assist servers with food delivery to guests
Maintain tables by clearing, setting, and cleaning according to Tommy Bahama standards
Ensure a clean and sanitary environment for team members and guests
Work as a team player to support overall restaurant goals
