Job Requirements
- No high school diploma required
- One month related hospitality experience and/or training
- Must have developed language skills to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and memos
- Must be able to speak clearly and confidently
- Requires mathematical skills to perform basic calculations
- Must have developed reasoning skills to apply common sense and carry out instructions
- Must have a valid New Hampshire driver’s license and a favorable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and driver record check
- Physical ability to perform duties including walking, sitting, standing, reaching, handling, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing and smelling
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting or carrying of items up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including weather exposure and temperature extremes
- Non-slip shoes recommended
Job Qualifications

- Mathematical skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
- Developed reasoning skills to apply common sense and understanding in carrying out instructions
- Ability to professionally deal with problems in standardized situations
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
- Wipe down and sanitize tables and chairs
- Refill water glasses and assist servers with guest needs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, service stations, and restrooms
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting tables and stocking supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
