Job Requirements

  • No high school diploma required
  • One month related hospitality experience and/or training
  • Must have developed language skills to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and memos
  • Must be able to speak clearly and confidently
  • Requires mathematical skills to perform basic calculations
  • Must have developed reasoning skills to apply common sense and carry out instructions
  • Must have a valid New Hampshire driver’s license and a favorable driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test, background check and driver record check
  • Physical ability to perform duties including walking, sitting, standing, reaching, handling, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing and smelling
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting or carrying of items up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including weather exposure and temperature extremes
  • Non-slip shoes recommended

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • One month related hospitality experience and/or training
  • Developed language skills to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and memos
  • Ability to speak clearly, distinctly and with confidence
  • Mathematical skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
  • Developed reasoning skills to apply common sense and understanding in carrying out instructions
  • Ability to professionally deal with problems in standardized situations

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
  • Remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
  • Wipe down and sanitize tables and chairs
  • Refill water glasses and assist servers with guest needs as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, service stations, and restrooms
  • Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting tables and stocking supplies
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
