Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects
- flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- clears tables and used dishes, glasses, and silverware and resets between customers
- follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies
- runs food from kitchen to guests' table and provides accurate description of dish to customers
- maintains complete knowledge of the restaurant features, cuisine, general information and hours of operations
