Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Capacity to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Capability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys
- Availability for scheduled shifts based on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by local laws
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
- Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guest
- Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and Guests
- Support the crew in achieving a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Uphold brand standards in food and beverage service
- Assist in creating a welcoming island-inspired atmosphere
