Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- Ability to lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, and wine keys
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
- Current food handler's card
- Alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality
- Work as a team player to support front-of-house operations
- Deliver exceptional service by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
- Practice table maintenance by clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
- Perform other duties as required to support business operations
- Follow safety and health regulations consistently
