Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a passion for people, food, and service

Job Duties

  • Reset tables and bar tops quickly so every guest starts fresh
  • Assist with running food, clearing dishes, and supporting the flow of service
  • Pre-bus tables as necessary
  • Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware
  • Communicate with Hosts, Servers, and Bartenders to keep the dining room moving
  • Help the team stay stocked and ready through each shift
  • Greet guests with energy and keep a sharp eye on what they need
