Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One year or more of serving or related experience in a full-service restaurant
Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, and local law
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel frequently
Ability to stand for the duration of shift
Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys, and other tools listed in the training manual
Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, and local law
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Willingness to perform additional duties as necessary

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality and work as a team player
Deliver exceptional services by assisting servers with food delivery to guests
Practice table maintenance, clearing and setting tables according to Tommy Bahama standards
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests
Perform other duties as required to support the business
