Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Sunday morning availability required
  • Prior restaurant experience preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale service
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Return soiled dishes to the dishwashing area
  • Refill water glasses, replenish bread, and assist servers during service
  • Set up tables and dining areas prior to guest arrival
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room
  • Stock service stations with necessary items (napkins, silverware, etc.)
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Serve as the communication link between the kitchen and service staff
  • Ensure accuracy of orders leaving the kitchen
  • Garnish and inspect plates for presentation, temperature, and completeness
  • Coordinate and time the delivery of food to guests
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the expo line
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and servers to keep service flowing
  • Assist with stocking kitchen or expo supplies as needed
