Job Requirements
- Effective communication with departments and team
- Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulates the Hotel Emma culture
- Minimum knowledge, previous experience not required
- Flexible schedule required, to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Clean and set tables to Sternewirth standards
- deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or other specified area
- pull dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated
- stock bussing stations
- deliver required food plates or beverages as necessary
- provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant
- assist in room service as needed
- assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary
- stock and refill ice
- ensure proper stock of spirits, wines, and beer
- change kegs when needed
- fill and operate dishwasher
- polish and stock glassware
- prepare, stock and replenish garnishes as needed
- perform opening and closing tasks as specified on checklist
