Job Requirements
- Position requires effective communication with departments and team
- Ability to present and conduct oneself professionally and emulates the Hotel Emma culture
- Minimum knowledge and previous experience not required
- Flexible schedule required including AM/PM, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

- Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds regularly
Job Duties
- Clean and set tables to Sternewirth standards
- Deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or other specified area
- Pull dirty plates from tables while guests are still seated
- Stock bussing stations
- Deliver required food plates or beverages as necessary
- Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant
- Assist in room service as needed
- Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary
- Stock and refill ice
- Ensure proper stock of spirits, wines, and beer
- Change kegs when needed
- Fill and operate dishwasher
- Polish and stock glassware
- Prepare, stock and replenish garnishes as needed
- Perform opening and closing tasks as specified on checklist
