The Busser/Barback position involves being the essential support system for our servers and bartenders, ensuring that the dining rooms, bar areas, lobbies, and other service zones remain clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities include assisting bartenders with clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to perform cleaning and stocking tasks

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean
