Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busser or barback role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service practices
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing
- Assist Bartenders in clearing the bar top
- Clean and sanitize barware
- Restock glassware and plateware
- Change out kegs as needed to keep beers fresh
- Support Servers and Bartenders with timely service assistance
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence consistent with the company culture
