- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- good communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
- clean and sanitize barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed
- maintain visual appeal of service areas
- support servers and bartenders in day-to-day operations
