Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
- Maintain visually appealing and organized work areas
- Support servers and bartenders in delivering excellent guest experiences
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold quality standards
