Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

- physical ability to carry trays and stand for long periods
Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized and stocked
- assist bartenders in clearing bar tops cleaning and sanitizing barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change kegs as needed to keep beers fresh on tap
- support servers and bartenders during busy periods
- maintain visual appeal of service areas
- follow company house rules and culture
